Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by SpringRoute Network ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
Customers are prohibited from using our services for the following activities:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations
- Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (hacking)
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Phishing, pharming, or fraudulent activities
- Child exploitation or abuse content
- Spam or unsolicited bulk email distribution
- DDoS attacks or network disruption activities
- Copyright infringement and intellectual property violations
- Activities that compromise network security or integrity
3. Network Usage
Customers must:
- Use network resources responsibly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate WHOIS and contact information
- Respond promptly to abuse complaints
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Monitor their network for unauthorized or abusive activity
4. Abuse Handling
We take abuse complaints seriously. Customers must:
- Establish and maintain an abuse contact email
- Respond to abuse complaints within 24 hours
- Take appropriate action to resolve reported issues
- Cooperate with our NOC team in abuse investigations
5. Resource Limits
Customers must not:
- Consume excessive bandwidth without prior arrangement
- Generate traffic patterns that disrupt network operations
- Use services in a manner that negatively impacts other customers
6. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notifications
- Temporary suspension of services
- Termination of services
- Legal action if warranted
7. Reporting Violations
To report AUP violations, please contact: abuse@springroute.net
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email.
